Agreement
By creating an account and using weMS you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to create an account.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secret. You must notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
User content
You retain ownership of what you post. By posting you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display and distribute your content inside the service. You are responsible for the legality of what you post.
No medical advice
weMS is a peer-support community. Nothing posted on the platform is medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making treatment decisions.
Prohibited conduct
You must not post content that is harassing, discriminatory, spam, or that constitutes dangerous medical misinformation. We may remove such content and suspend repeat offenders.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law applicable at the location of the service operator, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you in-product before they take effect.
